A tradition born from the minds of a few University of Virginia students, Pho Saturday embodies what any pho experience should be about: Friends and food. What started out as merely an excuse to satiate a craving has developed into a culture, a part of our lives that we share a passion for.
Every Saturday, a group of my pals and I set out to find the most delicious pho in our area. In this blog, I will share with you my experiences with the food – the good, the bad, and the ugly. It is my hope that our journey through many bowls of beef broth will make yours more pleasant and enjoyable.
